Earnings Per Click is a KPI that all Publishers look at. EPC is a reflection of both the commission rate and the conversion rate for a merchant. It provides Publishers a good indication as to the best performing merchants.
The EPC for each Merchant is available for Publishers to view on the Merchant Profile Page and also in all Publisher Performance reporting.
This is why it’s incredibly important that Merchants don’t just focus on their commission rate to attract a publisher but that they also need to ensure that they drive high conversions through their site and that they have a good overall reputation.
