The CAPS 2023 are here!

Skimlinks is delighted to announce that The Commerce Awards for Publishers (CAPS) will take place in New York City on September 28, 2023! 

Now in its sixth year, the CAPS is the sole industry awards program dedicated to celebrating excellence in commerce content. This year there are eighteen categories carefully selected to recognize the work of publishers who have created engaging commerce content that supports their readers’ shopping journeys. Commerce continues to play an increasingly pivotal role in publishers’ revenue streams, and we’re proud to recognize valuable contributions to the space. Last year’s winners are available to view here.

This year, based on Publisher feedback and to reflect the current shifts in content, we have introduced four new awards categories: Best Social Impact Campaign, Best Timely Article, Best Pets Article, and Best Health and Wellness Article. The CAPS 2023 will also recognize highly anticipated traditional awards, such as Best Evergreen Article and Best Black Friday Article.

Publishers are invited to self-submit for 14 of our 18 award categories. Skimlinks’ proprietary data will decide the remaining four awards.

The award submissions will be judged by a panel of industry experts from across the affiliate space. This year, we are delighted to welcome back:

• Kayleigh Barber, Media Editor, Digiday
• Rakhee Jogia, Managing Director International, Rakuten Advertising
• Mark Stenberg, Senior Media Reporter, Adweek

New to the panel is:

• Charlie Calabrese– Vice President of Operations, Partnerize

The judging panel will select the winners of the following awards:
